SoulTech Audio - Gold Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your subscription to our Gold Membership for our services located in Kelowna, B.C. By subscribing to the Gold Membership, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Gold Membership Services
The Gold Membership provides premium access to our professional audio services at a discounted rate, including:
• Studio recording sessions
• Rehearsal/jam space
• Unlimited booking of available studio time
3. Subscription Plan
The Gold Membership is priced at $250 per month. Details of the membership can be found on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Billing Cycle: Gold Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. Your membership will automatically renew each month unless canceled in accordance with this Agreement.
4.2 Payment Method: Payments must be made using a valid credit card or other accepted payment method. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the membership fees and any applicable taxes.
4.3 Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the studio services until the outstanding balance is paid.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation of Membership: You may cancel your Gold Membership at any time by contacting our team or through your account on the payment website. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
5.2 Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused studio time.
6. Studio Use and Conduct
6.1 Booking: Studio time must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our team. Bookings are subject to availability.
6.2 Cancellation of Sessions: Sessions booked through the Gold Membership must be canceled at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled session. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $30 cancellation fee will be charged.
6.3 Engineer Presence: All sessions require the presence of one of our studio engineers. Our team will coordinate with you to ensure an engineer is available for your booked time.
6.4 Conduct: You agree to use the studio facilities responsibly and in accordance with our policies. Any damage to equipment or facilities caused by you or your guests will be your responsibility and may result in additional charges.
6.5 Prohibited Activities: The use of the studio for any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
7. Equipment and Facilities
7.1 Provided Equipment: SoulTech Audio provides high-quality recording equipment for your use. You are responsible for the care and proper use of all equipment during your session.
7.2 Personal Equipment: You may bring personal equipment for use in the studio, subject to approval by our staff.
8. Liability and Indemnity
8.1 Limitation of Liability: SoulTech Audio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the studio services.
8.2 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold SoulTech Audio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the studio facilities.
9. Changes to Terms
SoulTech Audio reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the membership services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
